Chiều ngày 16/9, UBND phường tổ chức trao Giấy chứng nhận kết hôn cho anh Đoàn Hữu Tú và chị Phạm Nguyễn Hạ Yên nhằm thể hiện sự quan tâm, chăm sóc, chia sẻ, gần gũi với người dân không chỉ trong quá trình đăng ký hộ tịch.
Trong sự chứng kiến của lãnh đạo UBND phường và các bên tham dự, hai bên nam, nữ đã bày tỏ ý tự nguyện kết hôn, ký tên vào sổ hộ tịch và cùng ký vào Giấy chứng nhận kết hôn. Đồng chí Lê Hữu Khanh - Phó bí thư, Chủ tịch UBND đã trao Giấy chứng nhận kết hôn cho hai bên nam, nữ và chúc mừng hai bên nam, nữ kể từ giờ phút nhận Giấy chứng nhận kết hôn là cơ sở pháp lý công nhận hai bên nam, nữ là vợ chồng, đồng chí cũng chúc mừng hai bên nam, nữ trăm năm hạnh phúc,
Đây là kỹ năng chăm sóc khách hàng trong giao dịch hành chính, mang lại hiệu quả cao trong công tác cung cấp dịch vụ hành chính công của cơ quan hành chính nhà nước tại địa phương. Qua đó, tạo sự chuyển biến mạnh mẽ về lề lối làm việc của cán bộ, công chức, tạo sự thay đổi tích cực về nhận thức, trách nhiệm, thái độ phục vụ nhân dân.
